Frequently Asked Questions

1. How long does it take to build a new home?
   It takes approximately 16 - 20 weeks from the time the excavation starts.

2. In what areas do you build new homes?
   Most of our homes are built between CAmden East and north of te 401 in the rural areas.

3. Will you build on my building lot?
   Yes, this is done quite easily.

4. Do you have floor plans available?
   We have four standard floor plans all varying in sizes. Please see the Standard Model section of our website.

5. Are there any extra fees that I should be aware of?
   Other than your legal fees and closing costs, there may possibly be Hydro One fees to construct any required pole lines, power cable installation, trenching and other related costs. There are no additional fees outside your contract price unless you choose to add upgrades.

6. How are upgrades handled?
   You will sign an Amendment to the Agreement, once the upgrades are chosen, the amounts are added to the contract price and paid at closing.

7. How can I see your standard finishes?
